We reserve the right to remove content that causes for example copyright or trademark violations or other intellectual property misappropriation, unlawful conduct, or harassment. All content is the sole responsibility of the person who originated such content. We may not monitor or control the content poset via the SERVICE and we cannot take responsibility for such content.

You understand and agree that the SERVICE provided during free of charge period is "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. For customers using our paid subscriptions, we are commited to 99% uptime. If we fail to meet this goal, you are entitled to proportional refund of the price paid during the downtime period.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other losses resulting from your access to or us of or inability yo access or use the SERVICE.
